I wake up I have a brew
I puff my pipe and go to the loo
Get back in bed for a minute or two
Plan my day and what to do
I take a quick glance at the clock
I got 5 more minutes to watch the box
I’ve still got time to get up and get dressed
Hmm what to wear to look my best
Rummaging through the drawers
For undies and clean socks
There’s some holes in one
But I guess it matters not
Grab a quick swill a gentleman’s wash
Over the sink cos I’m not posh
Put in my teeth I’m as good as new
A quick sit down for a last sip of me brew
Ten to ten it’s time to go gotta take the girl to work
I go outside …and some knob has parked a car on the kerb
Reversing once reversing twice there’s not much room it’s really tight
No neighbourly respect at all …. Park outside your stupid wall
Got a dozy sod in front of me going 25 in a 40
Every traffic light is red but keeping calm is key
A learner driver in front it adds to my despair
Road works everywhere I’m losing my rag like an angry bear
There’s nowhere to park it’s typical typical typical

Driving round and round then quick… I see a spot
